Jennifer Hunter holds a bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Civil Engineering from Duke University and The University of Texas at Austin, respectively. In her 20 years of traffic and transportation consulting experience she has developed expertise in diverse aspects of engineering and planning including corridor planning, roadway and intersection level of service, and traffic safety.
