Beth holds bachelor’s degree in English and a master’s degree in Urban Environmental Planning and Design from the University of Georgia. In her decade of urban planning she has developed design experience in both land use and transportation planning. Beth has a robust understanding of how to connect and integrate land use patterns/urban design principles with transportation infrastructure to create great places. In addition to her planning knowledge, she also offers 16 years of professional communications experience, which she leverages for public outreach. Beth has engaged a variety of audiences, projects, and settings, from small municipalities to large urban cores and from groups of four stakeholders to hundreds of concerned residents.
